Why book with us?

Room reservation

Your reservation will not be confirmed until Casa Roma receives the 30% prepayment and you receive the confirmation email.

This confirmation email contains all the details of your reservation.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations or changes must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

• Reservation deposit: 30% of the total amount may be charged at any time after booking.

• If you cancel or modify up to 24h before the arrival date, there are no charges.

• If you cancel or modify later, or if you do not show up, 30% of the total will be charged.

Payment

Upon arrival, you must pay the total amount of your reservation. Payment must be made by credit card or in cash. The price includes VAT (10%).

The following are not included:

• Additional services the guest may request at an extra charge.

• Cleaning

. Parking

. Breakfast and/or restaurant services

. Space rental

If the guest's stay is longer than one week, an additional set of sheets and towels will be provided. Although this service is offered, the guest is responsible for keeping the room clean, taking out the trash, and leaving it reasonably clean and tidy.

Check-in / Check-out times

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.

We will always try to accommodate early arrivals or late departures, but this depends on prior reservations.

Number and identity of guests

The guest must inform Casa Roma of the number of guests in the reservation. No additional persons are allowed beyond the reservation, except with Casa Roma’s express authorization and payment of a supplement (children under 2 years old are exempt).

In case of breach by the guest of any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned.

Liability

Use of facilities. By booking on this website, the guest and their companions agree to make proper use of the facilities; in any case, Casa Roma is exempt from any liability for damages that may result from such use. Valuables. Casa Roma is not responsible for valuables that the guest brings or leaves in the apartment.

Damages caused. The guest is responsible for any damage caused in the room, except for normal wear and tear from daily use.

Other conditions

Pets: Animals are not allowed in the rooms.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Any breach of this rule will result in a fine of up to 200 euros to cover the cleaning costs of upholstery, curtains, and bedspreads.

It is important to respect the rest of other guests. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to avoid noisy activities, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and in any case, not to play loud music or shout.

To respect the rest of the guests, parties and the entry of outsiders are prohibited. It is essential to make proper use of common areas and respect coexistence rules, both in the room and in the common areas. Breach. Serious or repeated breach by the guest of the conditions established above entitles Casa Roma to demand the immediate eviction of the apartment, without any compensation.

City tax / Tourist tax: €0.66 per person per night (under 16 years old exempt)
